Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how the “Prototipiamo” website operated by Oxequa S.r.l. uses cookies and similar technologies. For information on how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device in order to work properly or to remember certain information. Similar technologies (e.g., the browser's local storage) serve comparable functions. Cookies may be technical (necessary for the site to work) or profiling/analytics cookies (which require your consent).
2. Strictly necessary technical cookies
These cookies are essential for the operation and security of the site. They are “first-party” cookies (set directly by this site), always active, and do not require consent under applicable law: they do not profile you or track your browsing.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| sessionid | Maintains your session and the state of your conversation with the assistant | ~2 weeks | Technical |
| csrftoken | Security: protection against cross-site request forgery (anti-CSRF) | ~1 year | Technical |
| proto_consent | Stores your choice regarding marketing cookies (accept/reject) | 6 months | Technical |
| proto_lang | Stores the site language you selected with the language switcher (IT/EN); contains only “it” or “en” | 1 year | Technical |
3. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (in particular Google Ads), we use third-party marketing cookies. These cookies are activated only if you give your consent through the banner: by default, they are disabled.
| Cookie | Provider / Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google — measurement of conversions from ads (conversion linker) | ~3 months | Marketing |
We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you give your consent, Google tags operate in “denied” mode and do not write advertising cookies to your device. If you consent, when you submit a request the tag also sends Google your email address in pseudonymized form (SHA-256 hash), in order to attribute the request to the ad. For details on the data processed and on transfers outside the EU, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Managing your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject marketing cookies. You can change your mind at any time:
5. How to manage or disable cookies in your browser
In addition to the banner, you can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings (usually under “Privacy and security”). Please note that disabling technical cookies may prevent the site from working properly, for example when using the assistant.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time: the current version is always published on this page together with its last-updated date.
